Nutrition Services
This 90-minute initial consultation is a comprehensive session focused on discussing your current health and wellness goals, challenges, and aspirations. We will align on your needs and develop a personalized strategy to support your journey towards improved well-being.
We schedule for 90-minutes to allow us to dig as deep as possible from the onset. This allows us to maximize the scope from which we can work from the beginning versus playing catch-up and asking tons of questions later after finding out something doesn't work. Bonus, if we finish early that's never a bad thing, it gives everyone some extra time in their day.

Culinary Nutrition 101
If you have said to yourself, "I really want to eat healthier, but there are too many options at the grocery store and the healthier food seems so expensive"; believe me, you're not alone. And while we very seriously wish we could, we can't exactly bring down the cost of food, especially the "good-for-you-stuff". Our team will provide ways to make that dreaded trip to the grocery store feel a little less daunting with personalized shopping lists, help guide you through the grocery store to make finding certain items simpler, as well as help you differentiate between the really good and the really bad for you stuff.

As mentioned, the main focus of this program is to introduce ways of integrating the culinary arts and nutrition science that applies practical knowledge and skills to improve nutrition-related health and our relationships with food and nutrition. Utilizing a combination of nutrition education, structured market/grocery visits, food budget planning, and hands-on food preparation and cooking classes, we will work with each client to develop specific, measurable, achievable health goals to increase participant capabilities and confidence.

This program will include general overviews of "hot-button" terms you'll hear like organics vs not, GMO vs. non-GMO, ultra-processed foods, and more.

Our overarching goals are to make grocery shopping less stressful & time consuming, and more healthful & educational!
